New Location, New Parcours, Pure Emotion

Tires pull through the course with a sure grip, forks move up and down, lift loads, restack, stack up. Referees watch closely, the presenters comment on every action. Will the structure remain still? Will it collapse? Blood pressure rises. So does the speed. A last sharpening of the focus, the running stopwatch in the neck. Then comes the explosion of joy or the great disappointment. Breathtaking, fascinating, exciting, from the first whistle to the last second.

StaplerCup 2020: The competition pauses.. charity goes on.

StaplerCup hilft e.V.

The Corona pandemic is forcing countless events worldwide to pause and StaplerCup is also taking a break in 2020 - to protect spectators and employees. But even if StaplerCup takes a break, the charity activities continue. StaplerCup hilft e.V. has been accompanying the sporting event since 2008. The non-profit association supports regional social institutions for sick or disadvantaged children and young people as well as elderly people in need of help. In the first year of covid, the association donates 10,000 euros to the Aschaffenburg-Alzenau Clinic. The purpose: more safety equipment for hospital staff, who are under greater pressure than ever before. In total, more than 300,000 euros in donations have been collected since the association was founded.

StaplerCup 2019: 15 years and counting!

Jubilee Year

15 German Championships in forklift driving and five German Championships of female forklift drivers. Two World Championships. 13 International Championships. Twelve Company Team Championships. Five PR and event awards. - Wow.

From industry event to crowd puller: That's a small numerical sample of 15 years of StaplerCup, where only the best of the best compete and deliver impressive top performances time and time again. In its first year, StaplerCup was still purely an industry event for logistics companies, but today it is a public sporting event with several thousand spectators every year. The 375 regional championships held so far - the finalists traditionally qualify for the StaplerCup - have attracted a total of 29,000 registrations.

Phenomenal performances at the wheel: the StaplerCup is as popular for its audience as it is for the participants in 2019, the year of the second world championship in forklift driving, around 15,000 guests followed the three-day event and cheered along with the "Heroes". The drivers solved spectacular tasks with their forklifts. The spectators took their breath away at one point or another. And increased appreciation for what employees in warehouses and logistics operations do every day to get materials and goods to their destination on time and intact.
